There often comes a time in your business when a specific problem comes up that really needs ‘another pair of eyes’.
Get rid of the stress and overwhelm that comes with feeling unsure about how to move forward.
Gain the confidence that comes with knowing what to do next.
Feel good knowing you are maximising your time and energy where it matters most.
Maybe you’ve struggled to hire another therapist and don’t know what to do next
Or you find yourself with so many balls in the air that you can’t figure out which ones you need to drop to save your sanity. Whatever your struggle — time, finances, operations — mentoring enables you to focus on areas specific to your business and provides practical, relevant, resources and advice.
‘I have found that Amy (and The Connection) have been open and non-judgemental in mentoring, meeting me where my business is currently at and providing practical support that helps me feel confident in each next step that my business takes!’
Before purchasing our mentoring package, you’ll complete a questionnaire and book a complimentary 30-minute consultation. We want you to feel completely confident that our mentoring program is right for you and your practice. Once we’ve both decided we’re a good fit for each other, you’ll have the opportunity to pay your one-time fee and book in your sessions over the next 4 months.
To prepare for the mentor experience we’ve designed a resource workbook to help you get the most out of every session. We know it can be hard to find time to sit down and plan, so this resource is an efficient guiding tool to get you started.
These are one-on-one sessions with our Founder and CEO, Amy Geach. Amy has over 17 years of experience in private practice and currently has two practices in Australia employing 12 staff members. She has completed her MBA and is a practical, supportive and encouraging mentor. Our four mentoring sessions are hosted online and are interactive and individualised based on your needs.
All mentees will have access to me via Voxer for the duration of their mentoring. If you hit a roadblock or need a quick ‘yay’ or ‘nay’ on your thinking, you’ll be able to send Amy a voice message via Voxer allowing her to help you!
Mentoring sessions are limited and open quarterly to ensure Amy can dedicate her time evenly across participants. To apply for a mentoring package, please join our waitlist, and we’ll notify you when an opening becomes available.
To ensure we are able to maximise each program participant’s outcome, we are only taking a limited number of individuals through this program.
Members of The Connection receive full access to our resource library, community and programming. Plus, discounts on events, courses, business ‘booster shots’ and a 20% discount on all mentoring packages
