What is Plan Camp?

You know the components that go into a healthy practice, and you have worked through some barriers already. Plan Camp gives you the chance to reset and remind yourself of the strength you have within to get where you really want to go.

Regain your confidence and find your focus for the upcoming year.

Reboot your inspiration and find support in the company of others like you.

Leave with a 12-month strategy in hand.

Who is it for?

Plan Camp is exclusively for The Connection members who have previously attended the Healthy Practice retreat. Over the three days, we will continue to build off the Healthy Practice goals you set out to accomplish.

What can I expect?

Located in the gorgeous town of Daylesford, Victoria, Plan Camp will be your home away from home whilst you are with us.

We will all be staying together in a beautiful house. You can have the choice of having a bedroom to yourself or sharing a room with a fellow camper. We want you to have a stress-free time, and provide everything you need to enjoy, learn, reflect, and plan!

‘Plan Camp is not your average camp! Plan Camp is designed to lift you and your business, clear your head, and reboot your inspiration. It is a chance to get your confidence back and find your focus for the upcoming year. It is a moment away from the busy where you will have space to plan.’

What’s included?

Plan Camp Terms & Conditions

We want you to have a great, stress-free time at this event. Part of that great feeling comes from knowing the fine print! So we have broken it down here for you:

How does payment work?

Full payment must be made to secure your spot. Payment is required at least 30 days PRIOR to the commencement of the event. Please contact us if you have any further questions or issues regarding payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your booking, you will need to provide this in writing to us. Your cancellation date is the date when written notification is received. Please email any cancellation notifications to hello@theconnectionco.com.au. Refunds for cancellations are based on the following date of cancellation:
  • Before 31st March = 100% refund less $200 administration fee
  • 1st April – 29th April – 60% refund
  • 30th April – 13th May = 30% refund
  • 14th May = no refund

Are flights included in the cost?

Please note the cost does not include flights – you will need to purchase these yourself. Travel insurance is also not included. This will need to be purchased by yourself. Choosing travel insurance will be at your own discretion. We recommend that travel insurance covers you for cancellations, medical expenses, and injury at a minimum, if you choose to take insurance. The Connection is not liable for any out of pocket expenses that insurance will not cover and will not be held responsible financially or in kind should your insurance or lack of insurance not cover your personal circumstances. Itinerary and other details that are published in good faith may be changed if required.

If I decide to stay overnight on Thursday, are meals included?

Thursday dinner will be ‘get your own’ and won’t be provided as part of the package.

What is your COVID-19 cancellation policy?

In the event that Victoria is affected by any federal or state government law or regulations which prohibits travel from your ordinary place of residence to Daylesford, Victoria, you will be entitled to a full refund (less a $200 administration fee) subject to the following conditions: We are satisfied that at the time of requesting the refund, there is a federal or state government law, regulation, or other order related to COVID-19 in place which would reasonably prevent you from traveling to and/or from Victoria.

Sickness: If you cannot attend this event because you have a suspected or actual case of COVID-19, or have otherwise been ordered to self-isolate or quarantine, you will be entitled to a full refund (less a $200 administration fee) subject to the following conditions:For the safety and wellbeing of all staff and guests attending this event, we ask that if you are presenting any cold or flu like symptoms including but not limited to:

  • a cough
  • fever
  • shortness of breath
  • sore throat
  • sneezing and runny nose
  • temporary loss of smell or taste; or
  • altered sense of taste

What if I change my mind about coming?

If Victoria is NOT affected by any federal or state government law or regulations which prohibits travel to and from the state, the event will proceed as planned. If you decide at your own discretion not to attend for reasons other than sickness, our normal cancellation policy applies.

You will need to contact us via email at your earliest convenience to notify us of this change.
